Wedding Trends ‘n Treats

As always, we love to throw a party.

And what better party to throw than a Wedding Trends Party, celebrating all the new color palettes and designs for 2011?

Well I’ll tell you what’s better…

Avery House‘s simply stunning photographs of the party.  That’s what.

Matt and Stevi never cease to amaze me.  We work for months concepting, ordering, designing, arranging…and they shoot the party start to finish…making everything look just as beautiful on film as it was up close and in person.

I am as always, forever grateful.

Linens are from BBJ Linen, Settings and Chairs from Tablescapes Party Rental.

Lillycakes Cakepop Chandelier was almost prettier than all the yummy fresh floral designs.

The vivid Jewel Tone vignette trends on the white hot purple color palette.  Paired with Fuscia, Pink, Red and Chartreuse it popped color into our snowy winter’s day.

Katie works endlessly on each and every design concept – from invitation suite to menu to placecard to program – coordinated perfectly with each vignette’s colors, trends, and table details.

This was one of my favorite tables…I loved the contrast of the fluffy, romantic pinks and peonies with the sculpted, black and white china and stemware.

Mary from Take the Cake astounded each guest with her Cake Bar displaying almost a dozen custom cake designs.

Now, moving onto her cookie bar from her Damn Good Cookies line…

Out of her beautiful, mouthwatering collection the Chubby Wubbies were the first to fly off the cake stands.

First Chubby Wubby Caramel (my favorite, but don’t think I personally depleted the stock), then Chubby Wubby Mint (my second fave), then Chubby Wubby Raspberry…

Smilebooth was amazing, as always.  My petite guests were full on, full time smileboothing the entire party.

Even Mary’s cakes…Took the Cake!

Darling Ariel and Paul – global world travelers extraordinaire – had flown in from DC.  Lucky me…May 29th cannot POSSIBLY come fast enough.

Doesn’t Neil look like the happiest Father of the Bride EVER?  And he’s is ready for the dancefloor at The Ivy Room.

And here’s G, the most darling Grandmother of the Bride.  I think she’s already baking her famous brownies for the English Sweet Shoppe dessert bar at the wedding.

Jack brought Mom, who poured through every single one of our portfolios.  Love her.

It was so much fun to meet so many new, happy, smiling brides and share our wedding trends and inspiration.

Elan surely wins the coveted Smilebooth blue ribbon.

Jumping for joy – just like all the blissful brides.
