The room is so magnificent – it takes your breath away. The oversize floor to ceiling windows, the multi layered wrought iron chandelier, the gilded, mirrored everything…

I started with English Pea soup with Mint and Creme. Paired with a crisp rose.

Then roast chicken with pommes dauphinoise, roast carrots, and but of course – pommes frites.
