Salad of the season

Upon reading the menu yesterday, I was dying for the 11 am lunch service to begin poolside at The Purple Palm.
I am always hunting out fresh, interesting new items for our event menus. Working with the same annual clients and events for over ten years, it is a constant challenge to continually improve last year’s perfect set of tasting courses.
This salad will be served at every event I can tie it to this year:
Manchego and Date Salad with arugula, manchego cheese, slivered dates and apples, candided walnut and pistachio vinaigrette
Simply, utterly, fabulously delicious.
