Sunny SF
View from the tippy top of Fillmore in warm, sunny, sweet San Francisco. Here for a few days of photo shoots and fun with our beloved Safeway friends – starting with a ladies who lunch at La Boulongerie. Al fresco sidewalk dining was had by all, featuring picture perfect Beets, Goat Cheese, Arugula and Candied Walnuts, along with Salade Nicoise, and Arnold Palmers to wash it all down. Today t-shirts dresses and glittered strappy sandals are the Sunday uniform on this 70+ degree perfect spring day. Very Versailles was one of our dozen wedding and party vignettes last night at Bloomies. The Caily embroidered gold netting overlay from BBJ is a major favorite – especially over this Nile Blue undercloth. French Blue beautiful, anyone? Ontop we set our favorite milk glass collections, inspired as you know by years of antiquing with my dear, darling Grandmother, filled with luscious white Peonies and pale blue Hydrangea. Parisian kraft hatboxes, calligraphied in old world script, were topped with petite, gilded, edible gold leaf cupcakes from Swirlz Cupcakes. Fit for Marie Antoinette "Let them eat cake" herself, no?
