The stage will soon be filled with rock students age 8 through 18 singing, strumming, drumming, rocking, and American Idoling their hearts out.

The parents, siblings, grandparents, neighbors and friends have packed the dancefloor – ready to hold their illuminated cellphones high in tribute.
