I don’t think you’re ready for this gelee…

Today the chef at Dorchester has prepared a Royal Gelee with Strawberry and Mint, the prince’s favorite dessert.

The gelee is amazingly sweet – and tart – so the whip cream layer adds the perfect bite to take the edge off.

This is the best.
