A seaside garden, from west coast Carmel to east coast Nantucket, is unmatched in its dense, lush, abundant beauty.

The salt spray, the foggy mist and cool ocean breezes produce a climate and moisture simply perfect for growing everything from Ivy, Myrtle and Boxwood topiary, to flowering shrubs and trees, to cascading pots of annuals and herbs.

I could spend days strolling these tiny tree lined streets, but I am sure the neighbors prefer I put my camera away and stop the curb stalking.
