Cocktails in the Skyy

Move over martini – Finesse has reinterpreted the traditional cocktail for an air theme at tonight’s Aeree opening.
An incredibly creative catering force, Jon Wool, Chef Tom and their team of talent highlighted weightlessness and suspension in each and every menu item.
This Lemon Meringue Pie in the Skyy is a light, citrusy, frothy indulgence to prepare the palette for the savory items ahead.
The floating meringue floated perfectly as I savored each and every sip.
