Our champagne tasting dinner is the most intimate and beautiful dinner party I have ever seen.

After a glass of champagne on the picturesque terrace, and a few photos to send home to our doting husbands et enfants, the dining room was revealed.

The mahogany table was set with two antique silver candleabra, filled with chic ebony taper candles.

Each placesetting was set with a crystal vase filled with Roses, Calla Lily and Lisianthus.

And, mon dieu, four tasting glasses, one for each course.

Bien sur.

Tonight each course has been designed between Richard, Chef de Cave, et Chef Pascal, Chef de Cuisine.

All menu items are carefully constructed around the Champagne as the star.

We are all drinking stars.

The best champagne in the world.
