Ok, I hit paydirt at door number one.

I have heard so much hype about bL, Boulettes Larder and read so much about Chef Amaryll Schwetner’s organic Northern California farmers, foragers and sustainable artisans.

And you know what?

None of it prepared me for the beauty, the comfort, the grace, and the pure heaven of the cafe.

Eggs with ricotta salata, fresh shellbeans, squash blossoms and toasted almonds…

Seafood scramble with farm fresh tarragon…

Homemade yogurt with figs and berries in sweet fig sauce…

I may spend the entire day right here and be done.

The visual beauty and calm, peaceful cafe are on pointe with the incredible gastro delights.
